The Julie Train earned her 3rd degree black belt in Ho-Am ITA Tae-Kwon-Do. The test included advanced combination forms, three rounds of sparring with different male peer opponents, and board breaking with strikes and kicks. Belt presented by instructors Greg Roy and Carman Rose.
